Abu Riaz (Founder / CEO) – With over 15 years of experience in the Finance/ Construction Industry, Abu Founded AMS Renewable Energy in 2015 to help fight the global climate challenge. Abu has overseen projects in value of over $400 million in Construction and has been responsible for overseeing in excess of $80 million in Renewable Energy. As a licensed General contractor in over 30 states, Abu has a keen eye for the entire project from planning and engineering to financial management and completion of development. As a nationally accredited developer he is responsible for a broad portfolio with some of the most esteemed developers in the country. Abu leads a talented team of professionals to deliver the best solar and innovative energy technology, the most financial savings, and an amazing customer experience. Abu graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Math and Finance and regularly participates in continuing education programs in both the Energy and Finance sector. He is currently in the process of getting his NABCEP certification.
Shah Nazir

Shah leads and oversees company operations with a focus on company infrastructure, processes, and post-contract execution including engineering, construction, service, and company support. Together, Shah and the PM team at AMS are tasked with managing the companies large scale strategic solar installations. Shah has been in the renewable energy sector since 2019 and has a proven track record overseeing the delivery of projects to time, quality, and budget across the full spectrum of contract and delivery models. He’s been the catalyst behind major infrastructure business expansions, restructurings, development, and integrations.

Ash joined AMS in 2021 as team lead and Project Manager. He oversees and manages multiple construction projects simultaneously across multiple geographies, while working on other projects that are in the predevelopment stage. Ash manages weekly calls with vendors to discuss project progress and is tasked with reporting any potential delays and supply chain management protocol. Ash serves as the driving force for the execution of projects, keeping them on schedule and on budget, while maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors. Additionally he manages project budgets, schedules and other construction aspects from inception of project to completion and ultimately PTO.

As a seasoned executive and strategy leader, Jonathan has more than two decades of experience in leading business development teams globally. He has established an enviable track record of success in developing strategic relationships with some of the most formidable landlords and corporations in the ESG, Renewable, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Government markets. Jonathan joined AMS in 2022 after developing a career in energy and real estate. Helping Landlords recognize the full efficiencies of their assets utilizing creative energy strategies and finance is a passion of his. AMS as a national developer, financier, owner, and operator of solar energy systems across the country is recognized as a true developer partner providing turnkey sustainable solutions to our clients. Jonathan, though the guidance of the AMS team, advises on the most current strategies available to benefit a landlord’s asset or portfolio from a financial and socially responsible perspective. This allows corporations to adapt quickly to changing industry conditions and proactively approach emerging markets. Specialty: Implementing renewable energy strategies, reducing energy costs to meet corporate responsibility goals. National development, financing, owner and operator of solar energy systems across the country. Skills: Energy & Tax Equity Strategies for Landlords, ESG, Carbon Neutral and Sustainability Goals and utilizing Solar as a Strategy are just some of the key elements that Jonathan has shared with his team at AMS.
