Large industrial warehosue located in Texas where AMS Renewable Energy will be developing a 6 megawatt rooftop and carport Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). A PPA is a structure in which AMS, the developer, will build a solar system and sell back the power to the current landlord/tenant at a prime rate per kilowatt hour.

Multifamily property in California using the electricity generated to offset consumption while also taking advantage of the available state and federal incentives.

Storage facility with several locations throughout New York that will be using their electricity genearted to offset the electric consumption for their facilities. The landlord/owner of the solar system will also own several state and federal tax credits and incentives that are generated when developing a photovoltaic system.
