Large industrial warehosue located in Texas where AMS Renewable Energy will be developing a 6 megawatt rooftop and carport Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). A PPA is a structure in which AMS, the developer, will build a solar system and sell back the power to the current landlord/tenant at a prime rate per kilowatt hour.

Portfolio of two mixed use and commecial properties in the New York Metropolitan area participating in the Community Solar program (CDG). The NY Community Solar program offers landlords the option to receive rent payments from a solar development company, maximizing a landlords net operating income, while the developer owns and operates the system and sells the electricity generated to the electric grid.

Storage facility with several locations throughout New York that will be using their electricity genearted to offset the electric consumption for their facilities. The landlord/owner of the solar system will also own several state and federal tax credits and incentives that are generated when developing a photovoltaic system.
